Head to KNC after work for a relaxing series of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Each class will incorporate yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body. Remember to bring a yoga mat and water. This program is for adults only.
