In this unique writing workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create nature stories inspired by items from KNC’s collection of skulls, pelts, taxidermy, and more. They will create a story board representing an original tale inspired by the bio-artifacts and other items found in nature. This is a wonderful way to enjoy family time outdoors while cultivating a love of literacy.  This program will take place in an outdoor covered space; please dress warmly.

The “Nature of Literacy” series is a new KNC initiative to connect our broader community with nature through experiences with varied forms of literacy.

Audience: All ages
